We excel in crafting wooden furniture with ultimate care and concern. The timeline for the delivery can vary according to the type of product and the specification of the order. We make sure to reshare the details of our product on order confirmation to avoid any inconvenience. For orders valued at PKR 10,000 and more than this, an advance payment of 50% is charged to the clients.
There are certain cases where claims to the deliveries can be applied and those are:
We do offer completely free replacement for the items that are delivered damaged or broken during the delivery. In such a case, the customer must immediately complain about the delivery of broken items by contacting us via phone or email. Make sure to return the products in their original condition with proper packaging to avoid further transit damage.
Beyond the ground floor deliveries incur additional charges if the cargo elevator is unavailable. Please inform us at the time of booking or before delivery if you need delivery on the upper floors
We strive to make our deliveries on time, unforeseen delays may occur but we are sure we stand by our commitment. HomeSpectations is not liable for compensation or refunds for late deliveries.
After delivery orders cannot be changed. Once the product is ready it must be received within 2-3 days. Beyond this period, holding charges apply and prolonged delays may result in order cancellation without a refund.
