Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Cancellations
- You do have the option to cancel your order any time before delivery by contacting our customer care team or emailing the concerned person. We do refund the advance payments as per our refund policy. For customized orders that are made to order products, advance payments are not refundable.
- You can also cancel the order of delivery if you are not satisfied with our product. The discounted items and customized orders can't be canceled at the time of delivery.
- After delivery product can't be changed or returned anyhow once delivered. Services associated with product delivery are also non-cancelable.
- In case of damaged delivery report immediately to the person or via given contact details to get your claims addressed as soon as possible. Non-defective items won’t be returned.
Returns and Replacements
If the delivered item doesn’t match your order specifications, it can be returned on the spot at the time of delivery. Returns post-delivery are not allowed.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed according to the following instructions:
- Online payments done via card will be refunded to the original payment method that too within a time of 7-10 working days.
- The cash on delivery items will be credited to your bank account within 4-6 working days.
- Refunds via promotional codes will be issued by the given email or hard copy within 7-10 working days.
