Ordering and payment

How do I place an order?

Add the product to your cart and check out on the website, or message us on WhatsApp and we will place the order for you.

How much do I pay in advance?

You pay 20% in advance to confirm your order. The remaining 80% is paid on delivery.

Can I change the fabric, colour or size?

Many of our products are made to order, so the fabric or colour can often be changed. Message us on WhatsApp with the product name before you order and we will confirm what is possible.

Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Every piece is built after you order. Orders ship in about 10 working days in Lahore and 12 working days to other cities in Pakistan.

Do you deliver outside Lahore?

Yes, we deliver across Pakistan.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free. Delivery above the ground floor may cost extra if there is no cargo lift, so please tell us when you order.

Returns

What if my furniture arrives damaged?

We replace it free of charge if it arrives damaged or does not match your order. Tell us as soon as it is delivered, with photos. See our returns and refunds policy for details.

How much does a sofa set cost?

Our sofas range from about Rs. 26,500 for a 1 seater to Rs. 323,500 for a large L-shape sectional. See the full sofa set price guide.
